What methods of payment do you accept?

PlaybackMedia.com accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and/or a well-made lasagna. No, we don’t really accept pasta as compensation.

 

What are the resolutions of the still images?

Single: 800×600

Triple-screen: 2400×600

 

What are the resolutions of the videos?

SD: 640×480

HD: 720×1280

Triple-screen: 1920×480

 

Where is my purchased media?

Good question! Check out the “My Media” page after logging in. That is where you will find your lovely, incredible, and beautiful Playback content. Did we overdo it there?

 

What files are included with my purchase?

Virtually every motion or still you purchase from Playback Media will include a standard definition, high definition, and triple-wide (3 screen) resolutions.

What is the Playback Drive?

The PlaybackTM 360 is a hard drive that is shipped with content already on the hard drive for you to use in your events or video productions such as worship services, DVD’s or video pieces, announcements or whatever needs your organization has for stock video playback. This drive was designed for anyone who needs video content. The actual hard drive itself is not a Playback Media drive, however we are an authorized reseller of the Other World Computing Mercury Elite, which we have stood by for many years and continue to do so.
